William Wooton guilty of the murder of Patience and Molly Rundle.  After execution to be hanged in chains on Broadbury Down, Bratton Clovelly, near to the spot where he buried the buttons, purse and thimble he had stolen.  No newspaper report that he was or was not hanged in chains.
